01Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lofigangs, a publishing tool operated by Omar Toure, an individual publisher based in France, and of the website at https://lofigangs.store.
By connecting a social media account to lofigangs or by using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use lofigangs.
02What lofigangs does
lofigangs prepares editorial content for Vigneux en Vrai, a local news page covering Vigneux-sur-Seine (Essonne, France), and publishes it to the page's own social media accounts, including TikTok.
Every post is reviewed and approved by a human before publication. lofigangs does not publish anything without that approval. lofigangs does not browse, follow, comment on, or message other accounts.
03Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only connect a social media account that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
- lofigangs has no public sign-up. Access is limited to the operator of the Vigneux en Vrai page.
04Third-party platforms
lofigangs uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you connect a TikTok account, you also remain bound by TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content published through lofigangs is subject to TikTok's moderation, and TikTok may remove it or restrict the account independently of us.
lofigangs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
05Content and responsibility
You retain all rights to the content you publish through lofigangs. By using the app, you grant us only the technical permission needed to transmit that content to the platform you selected.
You are solely responsible for the content you approve for publication, and you confirm that:
- you own it or have the rights to publish it;
- it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or image rights;
- it is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or misleading;
- it complies with the rules of the platform it is published to.
06Acceptable use
You must not use lofigangs to:
- publish spam, bulk automated content, or content to accounts you do not control;
- impersonate any person or organisation;
- circumvent rate limits, moderation, or any platform's technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app;
- break any applicable law.
07Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the lofigangs Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08Availability
lofigangs is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party APIs that may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and publication may fail for reasons outside our control. Maintenance may cause interruptions without prior notice.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, lofigangs and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of content, loss of audience, or loss of revenue arising from failed, delayed, or incorrect publication, or from action taken by a third-party platform against your account.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by French law.
10Intellectual property
The lofigangs name, icon, website, and software are the property of the operator. These Terms grant you no licence to use them beyond ordinary use of the app.
11Termination
You may stop using lofigangs at any time by revoking its access in your TikTok settings (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by a third-party platform. On termination, stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use lofigangs after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of France.
