There are two separate things you can do, and they have different effects. You can do the first without the second.
Step 1Revoke the authorisation
This stops Lofi Gangs being able to publish to your account. It takes effect immediately and you do not need us for it.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Lofi Gangs, then Remove.
For an Instagram professional account, the same authorisation is managed from the linked Facebook Page, in the same place.
What happens immediately
- The access tokens we hold stop working.
- No further publication to your account is possible.
- Tokens are deleted from our database within 7 days at the latest.
What is not affected
- Posts already published stay online on Facebook, Instagram or Threads. Delete them in the platform if you want them gone, or ask us and we will remove them from the accounts concerned.
- The editorial archive of content and publication records is kept until you ask for erasure, or until the retention period in our Privacy Policy expires.
Step 2Request full erasure
To have everything else deleted, email contact@lofigangs.store from the address associated with your access, or from an address we can verify, with the subject line Data deletion request.
Tell us which connected account or publication it concerns, and what you are asking for: deletion, correction or removal. You do not need to give a reason.

What we may keep, and why
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim — for example proof that a specific post was published on a specific date, if that post is the subject of a complaint. Such a record is limited to what is strictly necessary, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted once the obligation or the claim ends.
We cannot delete anything held by Meta. For that, use Facebook's and Instagram's own account and data controls.
ConfirmationWhat you get back
We confirm the deletion in writing, listing what was deleted and what — if anything — was retained and on what basis. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we tell you why before the first month is up.
ComplaintsIf you are not satisfied
You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
